材料
牛里脊肉、拉面、青菜心、口蘑、牛骨高汤
调味料
大葱、姜片、色拉油、蚝油、沙茶酱、生粉、生抽、鸡精、白糖、水淀粉、胡椒粉、鲜柠檬汁
制作
1. 将面条煮至五成熟捞起,用水冲凉,备用;

2. 将牛里脊肉中放少许生粉、生抽、沙茶酱、鲜柠檬汁,用手抓匀,腌渍半日,切片;

3. 将青菜心切开,口蘑切片,大葱切片;

4. 在炒锅中倒入少许色拉油,放入大葱片、姜片煸出香味,放入牛里脊肉片划炒,依次放蚝油、沙茶酱、白糖、鸡精,最后用水淀粉勾芡;

5. 面条放入沸水锅里煮一下,将青菜心、蘑菇片烫熟,与面条同时捞出,放入盛有牛骨高汤的碗内,再将炒好的牛里脊肉片覆盖在面条上,撒上胡椒粉。
