Preface

On the occasion of the publication of the second edition of the Chinese translation of the French Intellectual Property Code （Legislative part）, I wish to congratulate Mr. Huang Hui and Mr.Zhu Zhigang, senior partmers of Wan Hui Da Law Office in Beijing on this remarkable achievement.

WIPO has always been an enthusiastic and steadfast advocator for the academic exchange in terms of the intellectual property legislation among its member States both on governmental and non-governmental levels. I am confident that this translation as well as the introduction of the French Intellectual Property Code （Legislative Part） to the Chinese readership coincides with this goal. It will certainly be appreciated by the IP community in China and that at international level.

I wish you good luck and success in your future endeavor of translation and introduction of the legislative updates of different countries, which is a worthwhile cause to pursue.
