材料
皮:澄面250克,淀粉75克,清水350毫升馅:猪肉碎125克,盐5克,胡萝卜碎20克,鸡精8克,韭菜50克,马蹄肉碎10克,砂糖9克,蟹黄或熟蛋黄粒适量
制作指导
