①鱼丸可提前做,将草鱼洗净后,去掉刺和皮,用刀切下鱼肉,加适量姜末,放入料理机里搅打成鱼蓉。

②鱼蓉里加入葱花、盐、白糖、白胡椒粉,顺时针搅拌至鱼蓉上劲,手上蘸适量清水,将鱼蓉团成鱼丸。

③锅里倒植物油烧至六成热,下鱼丸,中火炸2分钟后捞出,沥干油后可放入冰箱冷冻保存,推荐在7天内食用完。

④锅里倒入水,加适量植物油、生抽和醋,放入鱼丸煮沸,再放入面条煮熟。

⑤将鸡蛋打散,摊成蛋皮,切成细丝,和青菜一起加入面条中。煮至小青菜变熟,最后加盐调味,淋适量芝麻油即可。
