①提前一晚制作饺子。先往面粉里加盐,倒入清水,揉成面团,盖上保鲜膜醒发30分钟。锅里倒水烧热,加入油、盐,焯熟豇豆后切豇豆碎。

④平底锅里加油烧热,将饺子码放在锅里,小火煎至底部稍变金黄色。倒入清水。

⑤待锅里沸腾后盖上锅盖,中火煮3分钟,再转小火煮8分钟,待水分快没时再转小火,直到水分蒸完时关火即可。
