1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This Standard is prepared with a view to assure that the petrochemical plants are properly designed to achieve cost-effectiveness，safety and applicability，advanced technology and environment protection，and unify the contents and depth of design deliverables for petrochemical plant.

1.0.2　This Standard is applicable to the formation of design deliverables for grassroots，expansion and revamping of petrochemical plants.

1.0.3　This Standard specifies the basic requirements for the design deliverables for petrochemical plants.For expansion and revamping projects，the expansion and revamping details shall be included in the design deliverables.

1.0.4　In addition to the requirements stipulated in this Standard，the formation of design deliverables for petrochemical plants shall also comply with those stipulated in the current relevant standards of the nation.
